I Am Not Defined by What I'm Going Through

Your circumstances are part of your story, not your identity.

I Am Not Defined by What I'm Going Through

When you go through something difficult, it's easy to let it define you.

You start seeing yourself through the lens of your struggle.

The illness. The pain. The limitation.

And slowly, it begins to feel like that's all you are.

I had to remind myself, again and again…

This is something I'm experiencing. It is not who I am.

I am still me. Still capable. Still worthy. Still whole.

We are so much more than the seasons we go through.

And while those seasons shape us, they don't get to define us completely.

So if you're in a difficult place right now, remember this:

You are not your struggle. You are not your pain. You are not your lowest moment.

You are still you. And that is enough.

With love
B
