Self Growth
I Didn't Feel Strong, But I Kept Going
Strength isn't always confidence, sometimes it's just showing up when everything feels heavy.

People often say, "You're so strong."
And I understand what they mean. But the truth is, I didn't always feel strong.
There were days I felt tired in a way sleep couldn't fix. Days where even small things felt overwhelming. Days where I questioned everything.
Strength didn't look like confidence for me.
It looked like getting out of bed when I didn't want to. It looked like taking one step when I didn't see the whole path. It looked like continuing, even when I felt uncertain.
And maybe that's what real strength is.
Not perfection. Not fearlessness. But persistence.
If you're in a season where things feel heavy, I want you to know this:
You don't need to feel strong to be strong.
The fact that you're still here, still trying, still showing up… That counts. More than you think.

Growing Up in Survival Mode
From the outside, my childhood may have looked stable. But I remember the quiet strain — and how it shaped a woman who learned to survive before she learned to live.

Growing Up
I learned early how to read what wasn’t being said. This is for the women who learned to survive, but are ready to live differently.
